Industry

A ministry's own front door, in its language, in its country.

Government access has three audiences at once: staff on managed devices, contractors and vendors on their own, and citizen-facing teams who need one place to start. Inlinea serves all three under one policy, on a Workspace in the government's own identity and language, hosted in its own country.

Context

What this sector has to answer for

Government cybersecurity frameworks ask for the same things in every country: identity-based access, least privilege, privileged access controls, logging and data residency. In Saudi Arabia, for example, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls set the baseline and the Cloud Cybersecurity Controls apply to cloud services delivered to government entities.

Data protection law governs where citizens' personal data is stored and who processes it. A single-tenant environment in the government's own country answers the residency question before it is asked.

Governments publish design standards for their digital services. Studio lets a ministry's Workspace follow them; the KSA Government preset, for example, carries the Digital Government Authority foundations with a second navigation bar, official bands and ribbons, Arabic first.

  • Dedicated sovereign environmentA dedicated environment in the city you name, operated by Inlinea.
  • On-premisesThe same platform in the ministry's own data center, run by its own team.

Questions buyers ask

Can the portal follow the DGA design standard?
Yes. The KSA Government preset carries the second navigation bar, the official bands and ribbons and an Arabic-first layout, previewed in Studio before publishing.
Where does the data live?
In the ministry's own tenant in its own country, or in a dedicated or on-premises environment. Logs, Session Evidence and configuration never leave it.
Are you NCA certified?
The Trust Center publishes our status per framework honestly, and never shows a certification we do not hold. The controls the frameworks name are built in today.
